Join the mother - son team of Brenda and Lance White Eagle on Saturday, November 16 for an informative and engaging program, The Culture of Indigenous People.
Brenda and Lancequiver Sequoyah White Eagle are of the Western Band of Cherokee and the Rappahanock peoples. As a performer, specializing in Indigenous American history, culture and legends, Lance has been featured at various events, colleges, pow-wows, and news programs across the country.
Lance has been bringing his unique blend of history and humor to audiences since the 90’s, but his family has been educating about the Indigenous people for over 80 years. His mother has been a featured lecturer and guest professor on Indigenous women and agriculture.
