Adults engaging in chair yoga

We are so happy to announce the return of local yogi, Kathy Wright to the library! Beginning Thursday, January 11 at 4:30 PM we will be offering Chair Yoga. This is a free, 45 minute yoga session. Yoga will enable individuals to build endurance, spirituality, and strength while enhancing balance. No registration necessary for this free program.
